We make it easy for you: we deliver our products quickly, reliably and free shipping directly to your home. Our logistics partner for safe transport is DHL.

Shipping costs

Shipping is for you completely free of charge. Whether you are ordering from Germany, Austria or Switzerland - we will pay the delivery costs to your front door.

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, delivery will be made within the following periods:

• Germany: 3-5 days
• Switzerland: 4-8 working days
• Austria & EU: 4-8 working days

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Note for deliveries to Switzerland and non-EU countries

Please note: Even if shipping is free of charge, deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland) may be subject to import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties or VAT) levied by the local authorities. These costs are to be borne by the recipient.

Consignment tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail with a link to track your shipment so that you always know when your parcel arrives.
