Return policy

1. Right of cancellation

As there is no statutory right of cancellation in Switzerland, we voluntarily offer our Bettervita Nutricosmetics GmbH customers the option of cancelling the contract within 14 days. The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a person named by you receives the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Bettervita Nutricosmetics GmbH, Dorfstrasse 2A, 8955 Oetwil a.d.L., Switzerland, E-Mail: info@bettervita.ch) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail or post).

2. Right of return

We offer you the opportunity to return products within 14 days of receipt of the goods. To arrange a return, please contact us at info@bettervita.ch. The products must be unused, unopened and in mint condition and returned in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the return costs, unless the goods were damaged or faulty. Please send the returns to:

As soon as we have received the return and checked the goods, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used within 14 days.

3. Exclusion from the right of cancellation and return

The right of cancellation and return does not apply to the following items:

• Products that are sealed for hygienic or health reasons and whose seal has been removed after delivery.
• Services that have already been provided in full.

4. Processing the return

Please return the goods to us in full. Products must be in their original packaging and in unused and as new condition to be eligible for a refund. Once we have received the returned goods, we will check the condition of the items. Refunds will be made within 14 days to the original method of payment used.
